Yoga

Enjoy gentle yoga and meditation on the library veranda! All levels welcome. Bring your own mat and water. Breathe, move, and relax with us

Yoga on the Veranda is a weekly wellness experience held on the library's scenic outdoor veranda. This program offers participants an opportunity to engage in gentle yoga and guided meditation in a peaceful setting. The class is led by a certified instructor and focuses on mindful movement, breathwork, and stress relief. Participants of all skill levels are welcome, including beginners and seniors. Yoga on the Veranda promotes physical health, emotional balance, and overall well-being. Mats and water are not provided; participants are encouraged to bring their own.
