Celebrate Valentine's Day in a whole new way!  Local author and historian, Kathi Kresol will share true crime stories of twisted love that have tragic endings.  This presentation will share shocking crimes taken straight from Rockford's own headlines and give "Until Death Do Us Part" a whole new meaning!
