Friends of RPL Community RoomPresented by Miranda Buell, Registered Yoga Teacher and Social and Emotional Learning Facilitator, and owner of The Calm Company.
This class is for mothers/caregivers of newborn infants (6-8 weeks old) and toddlers. This class will provide gentle stretching, deep breathing, and moving with your child. The class is relaxed and flexible so you can feed your baby and walk around the room to meet your child’s needs. This class will assist in rebuilding core strength, tone back, and pelvic muscles, and release tension in the shoulders and chest. Moms and caregivers get a chance to meet each other and build community. Miranda Buell specializes in pre and postnatal yoga, yoga for illness, women’s health, and mindfulness.
